How do I find my size?
IVY sizes go by your waist. Measure once, then match it to the chart on the size guide page. We recommend checking before you order, because underwear cannot be exchanged for a different size after delivery.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, Telda or InstaPay. The details for Telda and InstaPay are shown at checkout.
How much is delivery?
The fee depends on your governorate. Pick yours at checkout and it is added to your total before you confirm.
Where is my order?
Send us your order number and phone number and we will update you on its status. Track your order
Can I return or exchange something?
For hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. The exceptions are a manufacturing defect, or receiving a different size or color than you ordered. How to report a problem
Which colors and sizes are in stock?
Each product page shows the colors and sizes available. Sizes that are sold out are crossed out.
