Purpose and general provisions

These General Terms of Use and Terms of Sale govern the use of the website ivy-wear.com (“the Website”), owned and operated by IVY Wear (“IVY”) in Egypt.

Through the Website, IVY provides information about its products and gives users the possibility of buying them. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Product information

Product details, including photos, videos, names and trademarks shown on the Website, are provided for reference. We do our best to show colors and sizes accurately, but screens differ slightly. Please check the size guide before you order.

Prices

• Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include the taxes that apply.
• The delivery fee is not included in the product price. It depends on your governorate and is shown before you confirm your order.
• We may change prices or remove a product at any time, but the price you saw when you placed your order is the price you pay.

Availability

IVY keeps product availability up to date based on stock levels. In rare cases, an error or a system incident can cause a stock difference. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you by phone or email.

Payment

• Payment is made when you receive your order (cash on delivery), or in advance by Telda or InstaPay. The details for each method are shown at checkout.
• Where card payment is enabled, it is processed securely through Shopify.
• A confirmation of your purchase will be sent to you by email or phone.
• Please report any incorrect or fraudulent charge as soon as possible through the contact page.

Security

Online payments are processed through Shopify, which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This keeps your data safe while it travels between you and the store, and prevents unauthorized access or changes by third parties.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it with you, by email or by phone, using the details you gave at checkout. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct. We may cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock or the details cannot be verified, and we will tell you if we do.

Returns and exchanges

IVY makes underwear. For hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, except for a manufacturing defect or if we sent a different size or color than you ordered. The full rules are in the returns and exchanges policy.

Promo codes

Promo codes are valid for the period and under the conditions shown with the code. Each code can only be used as described and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Website, including text, logos, designs, photos, trademarks and data, belongs to IVY and is protected by Egyptian and international law. Copying, reproducing or distributing any part of the Website without IVY’s written consent is prohibited.

Access and use of the Website

Users are responsible for their conduct on the Website. IVY may update, limit or remove content whenever needed.

Liability

IVY is not responsible for:

• Interruptions or errors in access to the Website caused by external factors.
• Misuse of the Website’s content by users.
• Damage caused by third-party websites linked from the Website.

Privacy

IVY processes your data in line with Egyptian data protection law, to fulfil orders and communicate with you. You can read more in the privacy policy, and you can ask to access, correct or delete your data through the contact page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Egypt.
